UPDATE ON THE NEW QME REGULATIONS 2024

The new proposed changes to the QME Regulations have as their intent one single purpose - to IMPROVE the content and "quality" of QME Reports.  High quality QME Reports are Reports that quickly and accurately resolve disputed issues the first time through.

The new proposed changes have several NEW regulations that will directly and immediately improve QME Reports most significantly by eliminating bias in the QME's opinions and conclusions so that proper and accurate workers compensation benefits can be provided to ALL persons.  In addition, several of the new changes improve the efficiency and lower the overhead on the administration of QME evaluations.
