LC 4628 AND YOUR "REVIEW OF RECORDS"

There are 4 laws that govern the QME's Review of Records and Labor Code 4628 specifically requires that the QME him or herself actually produces the "summary" of the medical records.  This was recently confirmed in Sonnier v.
